Your California Privacy Rights

This notice provides additional details about the Personal Information we collect about California consumers and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA.”
For this notice, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal Information does not include information that is aggregated, de-identified or information that cannot be reasonably linked to you.
To provide our Services, we must process some information about you, including Personal Information.
For more details about the Personal Information we have collected over the last 12 months, including the categories of sources, please see the "What personal information do we collect?" section in our privacy policy. We collect this information for the purposes described in the "How do we use your information?" section in our privacy policy. We share this information with the categories of third parties described in the "With whom do we share your information?" section in our privacy policy. Keybase does not sell your Personal Information.
Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any sales that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can also delete your own Personal Information by deleting your account yourself.
California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by contacting us at privacy@keybase.io. We may require you to make the request from within Keybase in order to verify your identity and ownership of your account. Consumers can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf.
